Lorcher Schlossberg is one of the estate’s most dramatic sites, producing structured and mineral-driven Riesling. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and neutral oak casks before ageing on fine lees. The warm 2022 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by freshness.
