Located in the historic Clos Windsbuhl vineyard near Hunawihr in Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht produces Riesling from vines planted on limestone soils that emphasise precision and mineral tension. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing on lees to develop complexity and structure. The cooler 2014 vintage delivered vibrant acidity and aromatic clarity.
