Located in the village of Le Perréon in southern Beaujolais, Domaine de la Madone farms steep vineyards planted to Gamay on granite soils. The Beaujolais Le Perréon cuvée reflects the character of the village, where older vines and mineral-rich soils produce wines with both freshness and structure. Fermentation takes place using traditional whole-cluster techniques followed by ageing in tank to preserve fruit purity. The cooler 2021 vintage emphasised bright acidity and aromatic clarity.
