Located in Le Perréon in Beaujolais, Domaine de la Madone cultivates old Gamay vines planted on granite soils that give the wines both freshness and structure. Cuvée Jean Baptiste is produced from selected hillside parcels and aged partly in oak barrels to enhance complexity. Fermentation follows traditional whole-cluster methods to preserve fruit purity. The warm 2022 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by freshness.
