Located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Recaredo is one of the leading producers of long-aged sparkling wines made under the Corpinnat designation. Intens Rosat is produced primarily from Monastrell grown on limestone soils in the Alt Penedès. The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and the wine undergoes traditional bottle fermentation followed by extended ageing on lees. Disgorgement takes place without dosage, preserving purity and structure. The balanced 2018 vintage delivered both freshness and depth.
