Located in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Recaredo produces L’Infinit Rosat from carefully selected Monastrell vineyards grown on limestone soils. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by traditional bottle fermentation and extended lees ageing. Disgorgement is carried out by hand without dosage, allowing the vineyard character to remain clear. The balanced 2020 vintage delivered both freshness and depth.
