Based in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in Catalonia, Recaredo produces Relats de Recaredo from organically farmed vineyards planted to traditional varieties including Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by traditional bottle fermentation and extended ageing on lees. The Gran Reserva designation reflects the long maturation period before disgorgement. Bottled with no dosage, the wine highlights the purity of fruit and limestone terroir. The 2020 vintage delivered both freshness and texture.
