Located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the Penedès region, Recaredo produces Terrers from organically farmed vineyards planted to traditional varieties including Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by traditional bottle fermentation and extended ageing on lees. The wine is disgorged by hand and bottled with no dosage, emphasising freshness and mineral character. The balanced 2020 vintage delivered bright fruit and lively acidity.
