Based in Suvereto in the Maremma region of coastal Tuscany, Tua Rita produces Keir Rosso as a distinctive interpretation of Syrah grown on mineral-rich soils influenced by the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by maturation in French oak barrels to develop texture and aromatic complexity. The balanced 2018 vintage delivered both ripeness and freshness. Compared with the estate’s Bordeaux-style blends, Keir Rosso emphasises varietal character, combining dark berry fruit, black pepper and subtle spice with refined tannins and long, structured finish typical of Tuscan Syrah. https://www.tuarita.it
