Located in the Val do Salnés subregion of Rías Baixas, Bodegas Zárate produces Tras da Viña from Albariño grown in a historic single vineyard planted on granitic soils close to the Atlantic coast. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by extended ageing on lees to develop complexity and structure. The cooler 2021 vintage delivered vibrant acidity and aromatic precision.
