Located in Alsace, Domaine Zind‑Humbrecht produces Pinot Gris Roche Volcanique from vineyards planted on volcanic soils that contribute structure and mineral depth. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by maturation on lees to enhance complexity. The warm 2022 vintage delivered both richness and freshness.
