Based in Penedès, Celler Credo focuses on indigenous varieties cultivated biodynamically. Ratpenat is produced from Macabeu grown on limestone-rich soils in Alt Penedès. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees, often with partial neutral oak influence, it balances freshness and structure. The 2019 vintage emphasised clarity and tension.
