Based in Andalucía, Equipo Navazos is a collaborative project focused on selecting exceptional individual casks from traditional Sherry soleras. La Bota de Amontillado Sanlúcar No. 95 comes from a cask aged initially under flor before undergoing oxidative maturation, a classic Amontillado evolution. Originating from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the wine reflects the coastal influence of the Atlantic and the chalky albariza soils of the region. Extended ageing in old American oak casks develops both complexity and structure.
