This steep slate vineyard produces Rieslings known for both ripeness and mineral tension. Spätlese indicates later harvest with naturally higher sugar levels balanced by acidity. Fermentation takes place in traditional oak fuder casks followed by extended ageing on lees. The balanced 2018 vintage delivered ripe fruit and generous texture.
