2024 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de la Chapelle
Sourced from vineyards surrounding the hamlet of La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, this cuvée reflects one of the coolest and most mineral expressions within Patrick Piuze’s range. The vineyards are planted on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in fossilised marine sediments, contributing both tension and precision to the finished wine. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by extended ageing on fine lees to build texture while preserving purity and site expression. The 2024 vintage reveals aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers. The palate is vibrant and focused, combining crisp acidity with a distinctive saline minerality and long, refreshing finish.
