Drawn from carefully selected biodynamically farmed vineyards in southern Alsace, this wine is produced from a blend of Muscat d’Alsace and Muscat Ottonel, varieties renowned for their intensely aromatic character and ability to reflect site-specific nuances. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured on fine lees, the wine emphasises freshness and aromatic precision rather than overt fruitiness. The 2020 vintage offers aromas of fresh grape, citrus blossom and white flowers. The palate is dry and vibrant, supported by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
