Based in Monein, Domaine Cauhapé produces structured Jurançon from steep hillside vineyards influenced by Atlantic and mountain climates. Quatre Temps is a dry cuvée primarily from Petit Manseng, grown on clay-limestone soils. Fermented in French oak and aged on lees, it emphasises depth and precision. The 2015 vintage offered richness and balance.
