Based in Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia, Cayetano del Pino is a historic sherry house dating back to the nineteenth century, specialising in traditionally aged wines from long-established soleras. Palo Cortado VOS 1/10 is produced from Palomino grapes grown on the chalky albariza soils of the Jerez region. The wine begins its life under flor before continuing oxidative ageing in oak casks within the solera system. The VOS classification indicates an average age of more than twenty years.
