Based in Penedès, Celler Credo works biodynamically farmed vineyards to express Xarel·lo with precision. Mirabelles comes from higher-altitude parcels on limestone soils, producing structured and age-worthy wines. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged partly in neutral oak barrels, it gains texture while preserving site character. The warmer 2018 vintage shows richness balanced by acidity.
