Based in Beaujolais, Cellier des Cray works limestone and clay soils to produce structured Gamay. Grand Zeph is sourced from selected old-vine parcels, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in neutral oak for greater depth. The 2017 vintage shows concentration balanced by freshness. Compared to Albinum, Grand Zeph is more structured and age-worthy, offering darker berry fruit, subtle earthy notes and firmer tannins with mineral backbone and length.
