Based in Chavanay in the northern Rhône, Domaine Faury farms Syrah on steep schist and granite slopes typical of Côte-Rôtie. The Emporium cuvée is produced from selected parcels that emphasise concentration and depth. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops complexity and structure. The warm 2019 vintage delivered generous fruit balanced by firm tannins. Compared with the standard Côte-Rôtie bottling, Emporium shows greater intensity, combining blackberry, dark cherry and spice with layered texture and long finish.
