Based in Chavanay in the northern Rhône, Domaine Faury produces white wines from hillside vineyards within the Saint-Joseph appellation. Les Ribaudes Blanc is sourced from parcels planted to Marsanne and Roussanne on granite slopes overlooking the Rhône Valley. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels followed by ageing on fine lees to develop texture and complexity. The warm 2022 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by freshness. Compared to Condrieu, Saint-Joseph Blanc shows slightly more restraint, combining citrus, pear and subtle almond notes with mineral structure.
