Based in Chavanay, Domaine Faury farms Syrah across granite terraces of the Saint-Joseph appellation. La Gloriette Vieilles Vignes comes from older vines planted on steep hillside parcels that produce concentrated and structured wines. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing in French oak barrels to develop complexity. The balanced 2021 vintage delivered both freshness and depth.
