Based in Chavanay in the northern Rhône, Domaine Faury produces Syrah from hillside vineyards across the Saint-Joseph appellation. Les Hautes Ribaudes is sourced from higher elevation parcels planted on granite soils that promote freshness and mineral character. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops structure while maintaining aromatic lift. The balanced 2021 vintage emphasised precision and elegance.
