Located in Bierzo in northwest Spain, Michelini i Mufatto produces MA Dona Blanca from old vines planted on slate soils. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing in neutral oak vessels to preserve freshness. The warm 2022 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by acidity.
