Located in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Celler Credo focuses on organically farmed Mediterranean varieties grown on limestone soils. The cuvée “And the Winner Is…” is produced primarily from Xarel·lo, one of the region’s most distinctive native grapes. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing on lees in stainless steel and neutral vessels to preserve purity and texture. The warm 2023 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by vibrant acidity.
