Located in the Rías Baixas region of Galicia, Bodegas Zárate produces Caiño Tinto from one of the region’s traditional red grape varieties grown on granitic soils near the Atlantic coast. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing in neutral oak barrels to preserve varietal character while adding structure. The balanced 2019 vintage delivered both freshness and depth.
