Located in Turckheim in Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht produces Clos Jebsal from a historic south-facing vineyard planted on marl soils known for producing rich Pinot Gris. Vendange Tardive wines are harvested late, allowing the grapes to reach high ripeness and concentration. Fermentation takes place slowly with indigenous yeasts followed by extended ageing. The balanced 2012 vintage delivered both richness and freshness.
