Based in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Clos du Mont Olivet crafts La Cuvée du Papet from selected old-vine parcels planted predominantly to Grenache on sandy soils with galets roulés. Fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts and aged in large oak foudres for extended maturation, it represents the estate’s flagship red. The balanced 2019 vintage delivered concentration with freshness.
