Based in the northern sector of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château de la Font du Loup produces wines from hillside vineyards influenced by limestone and sandy soils. Grandeur is a more concentrated cuvée produced from selected parcels with a higher proportion of old-vine Grenache. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels and large foudres, the wine develops both depth and structure. The cooler 2021 vintage emphasised balance and freshness. Compared with Les Demoiselles, Grandeur shows greater richness and intensity, combining blackberry, plum and garrigue notes with structured tannins and long finish. https://www.fontduloup.com
