Based in Tavel in the southern Rhône, Château de Manissy farms several parcels in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation planted mainly to Grenache. Terres Blanches comes from vineyards rooted in limestone-rich soils that provide both power and mineral freshness. Grapes are fermented in traditional vats with indigenous yeasts before ageing in oak vessels to develop structure and complexity. The warm 2019 vintage delivered generous fruit and concentration.
