Located in the southern Rhône, Château de Manissy produces Cuvée Trinité from selected parcels planted to Grenache supported by Syrah and Mourvèdre. The vineyards lie on clay, limestone and galets roulés soils typical of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Fermentation takes place in traditional vats followed by ageing in oak vessels to develop depth and structure. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by freshness.
