Based in the Jura, Domaine des Ronces farms organically across marl and limestone vineyards. Trousseau is sourced from estate parcels planted on gravelly clay soils that emphasise aromatic lift and structure. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged partly in neutral oak barrels, the wine preserves fruit purity while developing texture. The cooler 2021 vintage emphasised freshness and precision.
