Located in the Pomerol appellation on Bordeaux’s Right Bank, Château La Fleur de Plince produces Merlot-based wines from vineyards planted on gravel and clay soils typical of the region. The blend is dominated by Merlot with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled vats followed by maturation in French oak barrels to build structure and complexity. The warm and generous 2015 vintage delivered ripe fruit and polished tannins. Compared with the cooler 2014 vintage, this release shows greater depth and richness, combining plum, blackberry and chocolate notes with rounded texture and long finish characteristic of Pomerol. https://chateauplince.fr/
