Located on the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion in Bordeaux, Château Grand Mayne produces Merlot-dominant wines that reflect the structure and depth of the appellation. The vineyard is planted mainly to Merlot with Cabernet Franc grown on clay and limestone soils that provide both richness and freshness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats followed by ageing in French oak barrels to develop complexity and integration. The balanced 2016 vintage delivered concentration and refined tannins.
