Located across the Rhône River from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château de Manissy farms vineyards in the Lirac appellation planted on limestone and clay terraces. L’Avant Goût de Paradis is produced primarily from Grenache with supporting Rhône varieties grown on hillside parcels. Fermentation takes place in traditional vats followed by ageing in oak vessels to develop complexity while preserving fruit character. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by freshness.
