Based in Bierzo, Michelini i Mufatto produces La Petra from selected parcels planted on slate soils typical of the region. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing in neutral oak vessels. The warm 2022 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by freshness.
