Located in Bierzo in northwest Spain, Michelini i Mufatto produces Motorpsico from old-vine Mencía grown on slate and clay soils. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing in neutral oak vessels to preserve fruit purity. The warm 2022 vintage delivered vibrant fruit and lively acidity.
