Angelita del Challao is sourced from parcels planted above 650 metres on sandy clay and limestone soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in neutral oak barrels, it emphasises precision and freshness. The cooler 2021 vintage delivered heightened acidity and structure.
